GLUTEN FREE - Victoria Sponge

Our delicious buttercream and raspberry jam sandwiched between fluffy vanilla sponge and sprinkled with icing sugar.

Items can compress slightly during the delivery process. We do all we can to help minimise this. When you receive your bakes pop them in the fridge and when set a little you will be able to unwrap effortlessly.

VICTORIA SPONGE

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetable Spread - Vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), Water, Salt, Emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, Acidity regulator (lactic acid), Flavouring, Colour (carotenes), Vitamin A, Vitamin D;

Gluten Free Self Raising Flour - Flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), Raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Thickener (xanthan gum);

Butter – MILK, Salt

Icing Sugar - Icing sugar, Maize starch;

Seedless Raspberry Jam - Raspberries, Glucose fructose syrup, Sugar, Gelling agent (pectins), Acidity regulator (citric acid, sodium citrates);

Xanthan Gum - Thickener (xanthan gum);

Vanilla Flavouring - Water, Monopropylene glycol, Colour (caramel E150a), Flavourings,

May contain peanuts and nuts.

Store in a cool, dry place.
