Gluten Free Self Raising Flour - Flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), Raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Thickener (xanthan gum);
Butter – MILK, Salt
Icing Sugar - Icing sugar, Maize starch;
Lemon Curd - Sugar, Water, Lemon juice from concentrate, Palm oil, Dried EGG, Rapeseed oil, Maize starch, Acid (citric acid), Gelling agent (pectins), Acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), Lemon oil, Colour (beta-carotene), Antioxidant (ascorbic acid);
Xanthan Gum - Thickener (xanthan gum);
Lemon Flavouring - Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Oil;
