Gluten Free Self Raising Flour - Flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), Raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Thickener (xanthan gum);

 Salted Butter - Butter (MILK), Salt;

Icing Sugar - Icing sugar, Maize starch;

Coffee;

WALNUTS - May contain sesame seeds

Xanthan Gum - Thickener (xanthan gum);

Vanilla Flavouring - Water, Monopropylene glycol, Colour (caramel E150a), Flavourings;

May contain peanuts and other nuts.
